Justin Bieber Off the Hook in Laser Tag Scuffle

Justin Bieber's squeaky-clean image remains in tact, as the singer will not be charged in the alleged laser tag incident that took place back in October.
"This investigation into the incident is now complete and no charges will be forwarded as the evidence collected (doesn't) support doing so," Corporal Turley of the Richmond Royal Canadian Mounted Police told RadarOnline.com.
Bieber, 16, was originally accused of punching a 12-year-old boy at the Planet Lazer Entertainment Center in Richmond, British Columbia. Details on what actually went down are sketchy, and a few witnesses came forward to defend the singer, claiming that Bieber was actually the one getting picked on.
"The 12-year-old and his friends were targeting Bieber and shooting him over and over," an observer told UsMagazine.com. "They were calling him names. He was being harassed for his notoriety."
